    As a weight trainer, runner and Nutritional Therapist I was intrigued to try this Mrs Keto cookie. I’m on a high fat low carb eating plan and diabetes runs in the family. On receiving a wonderful package in the post with not a crumb in sight, both cookies perfectly in tact, I liked the well-thought out easy to rip cover as a start! I do admit I was a skeptic as to what 1g of sugar in a “cookie” actually means! But they are surprisingly light, and the chocolate chips add variety to the soft texture of the cookie. The taste is not overpowering and the light coconut fragrance of the chocolate chip blends well into the flavour, without being over-powering. How great to think there is dandelion root in there also to help my liver and not a hint of grain in sight! I actually liked the double chocolate ones more.. And perhaps adding in some nuts like hazelnut or pistachios with the chocolate might be a suggestion for other varieties in the future. Have to say they make for a great pre or post work out snack. I will definitely be recommending them to others in the sports arena, plus those conscious of reducing their sugar intake which is a big win!. Glad to say am guilt free of my carb intake for the day. Great product pairing Mrs Keto!

    Came very well packaged!! Not crumby. The chocolate chip is not as sweet as I expected but after a few bites you get used to the taste and it’s actually really nice. My fave is the double choc though!

    These cookies were so lovely, the packaging was beautiful. One was enough, didn’t feel the need to over eat them. Soft, chewy and delicious would definitely order again ???????? Perfect for a low carb or Keto diet.
